This is an unprecedented time and we wanted to let you know about the steps we are taking to help support our customers during this time.

We are still dispatching as normal whilst taking all necessary precautions as advised by the UK government.

We will try our best to process your orders ASAP, however there might still be a delay in processing your order, due to the current situation. We are continuing to take orders from our customers at this moment. We continue to operate our warehouse though with limited capacity.

We are also continuously monitoring situation with Royal Mail and other courier companies. As of date, they continue to operate hence we will continue to process orders until they continue to deliver. Royal Mail has advised that some of their depots are experiencing delays hence your order may be delayed by up to even 2 weeks, but it would eventually be delivered.
