We strive to deliver the goods to our customers on time irrespective of where the delivery is to be made.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm (excluding England Bank Holidays).
Orders placed on Bank Holidays, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched within 48 hours of next working day.
No shipments to P.O Box addresses.

UNITED KINGDOM

All orders are shipped either through the UK Royal Mail or a reliable Courier service, depending upon the weight of the final package. We also ship goods using UK Next Day Special Delivery. Goods would only be dispatched provided your payment has been authorised and received by us, subject to availability. In most of the cases we aim to use Trackable service. For Special Delivery customer will be issued with tracking number once goods are dispatched. Please note Special Delivery Postage rates are weight (incl packaging) based.

In case, you have not received the item, please inform us immediately by sending us secure message through Contact Us page. Please ensure that you are logged in before you use this option.

Any items lost or damaged in transit, will be reimbursed, once we have settled our claim with Royal Mail or the Courier company as the case may be. As per the terms and condition of Royal Mail, we cannot submit a claim prior to 15 working days for UK addresses and 25 working days for International address from the date of shipping.

From time to time we may run various Free Shipping Offers. Currently, we are offering Free UK (incl Highlands) Delivery for all orders.

Free Shipping Offer applies to UK (incl Highlands) Deliveries only. UK Next Day Special Delivery & International shipping are not covered under any Free Delivery Offer.

FREE CLICK & COLLECT (Bolton)

We also provide the facility for customers to pick-up their goods from our Bolton (near Manchester) based location, for NO CHARGE. Items ordered can only be collected after an appointment email has been issued to customer and provided the payment has been authorised & cleared (irrespective of mode of payment selected). Once order has been placed, items will be reserved and unavailable for other customer(s) to order. Goods must be collected within 7 calendar days of receipt of 'Goods ready to Collect' confirmation email, after which we reserve the right to put the products back for sale and funds refunded in full. Customers will receive further information by email regarding collection appointment once the order is ready.

We are currently not shipping outside of UK until there is clarity after BREXIT rules.
