As a loyal customer, we would like to reward you with discount vouchers. Hence we designed our Customer Loyalty Programme. So more you shop, more points you accumulate which can be converted into Discount Voucher and these vouchers can be redeemed next time you shop with us.

So what's the Deal?

You earn 1 point for every £10 spent on https://ethniciti.uk

Each point is worth £0.10 which you can spend on your next shopping.

So, the more you shop, the more points you earn. You can convert your points into voucher at any time, subject to 14 days waiting period as described below.

How does it all work?

  1. Login into your account using email & password. If you don't already have an account, register for an account using a valid email and password here.
  2. Do the shopping and you will be awarded 1 point for every £10 spent on our website. Hence the minimum products basket should be £10 which does not include other discounts (or promotions), vouchers already in use in the basket, VAT (if applicable), Gift wrapping service and delivery charges.
  3. Once you have made payment, you can check status of your points in your secured area under - My Loyalty Points.
  4. At this stage your points will show Awaiting Validation status.
  5. Once your items are delivered and status of order changed to Delivered, the status of points will change to Available.
  6. Now you need to convert these points into Voucher, option for which will automatically appear below the points table.
  7. Once you have converted into Voucher, the said voucher will be available to use and visible in My Vouchers section after 14 days of delivery of your items.
  8. Once the voucher is visible, you can redeem these Voucher(s) (using its Voucher Code) on your next shopping basket.

 

Other Terms

Minimum cart value to use these voucher codes is £1.

Voucher has no cash value.

The validity for voucher is 1 year and starts after 14 days of delivery of your items. 14 days is your cancellation period. In case you return items or cancel order, the voucher will become invalid.
