What are your delivery or shipping charges?

How long does delivery take?

It would depend upon the delivery option you would select. During checkout process, you would be presented with delivery options with timelines.

Where do you ship to?

We deliver within the UK, European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (which includes Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland). Please see the Delivery & Shipping page for further details about delivery charges.

Do your prices include VAT?

We are not VAT registered, hence all the prices displayed on our website are excluding VAT.

How secure is the Ethniciti web site?

Our site is hosted on Shopify Inc. which uses 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that all sensitive information - including name, address and credit card details - is encrypted.

Debit Card / Credit card payments are processed in real time by PayPal or Amazon, industry approved transaction handlers, and we do not retain your card details on our system.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments through Credit Card, Debit Cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay (compatible Android devices) and Apple Pay (for iPhones, iPads, Macs).

What happens if any item is out of stock?

In the rare event that you have ordered a product that we are unable to send you - typically due to a stock control error or a damaged or otherwise unsaleable item being found in our warehouse at the time of packing an order - we will cancel the item from your order and let you know by email. We do not keep any items on back order, so if the item is still required when new stock becomes available, you will need to place a new order.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Currently we do not offer service of Gift Wrapping.

How do I send a gift to someone other than myself?

The Checkout process allows you to provide an alternative name and delivery address. If you wish us to include a message with the order, you can provide a message in the additional information area.

What if I need to return something?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund or replacement, subject to conditions stipulated on our Returns & Refunds page.

Can you send me a product catalogue?

We do not produce a printed catalogue. All the products we offer can only be viewed online.

Do you sell wholesale?
